An exciting new company in the UK is seeking a Head of Sales to join its management team.

The company aims to become a leading provider of semiconductor design services, focusing on addressing the UK's long-term skills needs.

This is a home-based role, working closely with SMEs and scale-up companies across the UK to provide critical design services.

Suitable candidates will have proven sales and marketing expertise within the semiconductor industry, with familiarity in silicon, mixed-signal, and compound semiconductors. This leadership role involves building and mentoring a team of sales professionals and Field Application Engineers (FAEs).

A strong technical background and previous design experience are essential.
