Location: Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid)

Contract Type: Freelance or Permanent

Freelance Compensation: €700/day (Depending On Experience) + bonus based on performance

Permanent Compensation: DOE monthly salary + bonus + social security (TBD)

Languages Required: French and English

About the Role


My client is looking for a Head of Sales for Belgium to drive commercial growth and build strategic partnerships in the local market. This position can be structured as either a freelance engagement or a permanent hire, depending on your preference.

As the lead for Belgium, you will own the market strategy, scale the local sales team, and accelerate adoption of EV solutions through key industry channels.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Belgium
  • Lead the national sales team and exceed commercial targets
  • Build strategic relationships with installers, auto retailers, wholesalers, e-MSPs, and energy providers
  • Drive partner acquisition, onboarding, and retention
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal product, marketing, and operations teams
  • Track and improve sales KPIs, pipelines, and internal processes
  • Represent the company at Belgian trade shows, events, and industry forums


Your Profile

  • Proven success in senior sales or commercial leadership, ideally in clean tech, mobility, or energy
  • In-depth knowledge of the Belgian energy and e-mobility market
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in French and English (Dutch a plus but not essential)
  • Strategic mindset paired with hands-on execution ability
  • Experienced in CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, Odoo, Slack, Jira, etc.)
  • Comfortable in a high-growth, scale-up environment
  • Open to freelance or permanent engagement
