The close date for this role is 12pm, Monday 23rd March. Candidates are encouraged to apply as soon as possible; Eurostar reserves the right to contact candidates before close date and to close the role earlier if suitable candidates are identified.

We're looking for someone to:
  • Lead the end to end strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of Depot and Onboard systems.

  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and cross functional teams to ensure system integration, performance, and alignment.
  • Drive transformation by identifying process and technology improvements and leading effective change management.
  • Oversee the integration, quality, and accessibility of data across all depot systems, enabling data driven decision making.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and use insights to optimise system effectiveness and operational outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate progress, challenges, and achievements clearly.
  • Lead, develop, and support a team of around five employees (plus contractors), fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
You'll need
  • Master's degree in engineering, information systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in product ownership or product management, ideally within rolling stock, transportation, or industrial systems.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong strategic thinking, product management expertise, and change leadership skills.
  • Solid knowledge of data integration and analysis, continuous improvement, and cross functional collaboration.
