Head of Risk & Control - Hybrid & First Line Leadership

Moneybox is hiring a Head of Business Risk & Control to lead MBSCL's consolidated first-line risk and control function. You will own the design and operation of the risk framework across advice and operations, line-manage two managers, and produce concise risk MI for senior stakeholders.

You will coordinate ICA and outsourcing oversight, ensure compliance with COBS 9A and Consumer Duty, and drive resilience with the DML partner. This is a hybrid, senior leadership role reporting to the MD/ED.
