Head of Reward Strategy & Benefits

Artis Recruitment is partnering with a UK-based organisation to appoint an experienced Head of Reward. This hybrid role leads a team of three to shape and deliver a competitive, fair reward strategy aligned with business goals.

You will oversee pay, benefits, recognition and governance, driving market benchmarking, job evaluation and pay equity while collaborating with the Executive Team and external partners. A senior reward professional with strategic and hands-on delivery is sought.
