Head of Reward & People Strategy (Hybrid)

Artis Recruitment is partnering with a UK organisation to appoint an experienced Head of Reward. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role leads a three-person team to shape and deliver a market leading reward strategy.

The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands on delivery, influence executives, manage pay, benefits, pensions, and governance, and drive equity and cost effective reward across the organisation.
