Senior R&D / Product Development Manager - Medical Devices (Class III) Location: Netherlands We are partnering with an established medical device innovator specializing in Class IIb & Class III products. They are looking for a strong technical leader to drive new product development and manage a growing engineering team. Lead end-to-end development of Class III devices, including cardiology-related products Oversee project timelines and ensure high-quality delivery Manage and mentor a team of experienced engineers Support both internal product development and contract development discussions with clients Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the Netherlands 5+ years leadership experience in Medical Devices Strong technical mindset with R&D expertise Fluent in Dutch & English Confident communicator able to speak the "R&D language" with customers
