Head of Research & Customer Insight (12-Month)

Moonpig is seeking an experienced Head of Research for a 12-month maternity cover, hybrid work with 2 days in the office. You'll lead a small, high-performing research team, align with a clear strategy, and drive impact by turning customer evidence into business decisions.

You will mentor researchers, scale capabilities, and partner with senior stakeholders to integrate insights across product, commercial and strategy teams.
