The Opportunity

As Head of Property, you'll lead a collaborative team of experienced solicitors, a consultant, a CILEX lawyer and support staff while managing the team across

• Residential Property
• Commercial Property
• Agricultural Property

You'll also mentor and develop the team, ensure high standards, and help shape the future direction of the department.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor (5+ years PQE)
• Strong experience in Residential, Commercial and Agricultural Property
• Previous supervisory experience, or someone ready to step into a leadership role
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Someone who enjoys working as part of a supportive, close-knit team
