Head of Projects: National Capital Refurb Lead (Hybrid)

Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Head of Projects to lead a national portfolio of capital investment and refurbishment across homes and HMOs. You will mobilise and deliver roughly £25 million of works over the next 18 months, establishing governance, reporting frameworks and project controls for successful delivery.

The role demands a proven track record in large-scale capital programmes, strong commercial sense, and the ability to lead across multi-site portfolios.
