We seek a strategic, results-driven Head of Project Management and Operations to enhance our project delivery and operational excellence. The Role: Team Leadership:
  • Provide strategic leadership to the PM & Ops team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous development.
  • Recruit, onboard, mentor, and develop project managers, tailoring growth plans.
  • Demonstrate best practices in project management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Lead regular team meetings and workshops for alignment and sharing successes.
  • Manage team workload and resource allocation effectively.
Project Management Oversight & Delivery:
  • Manage high-value and strategic client projects, overseeing all phases from initiation to closure.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards, exceeding client expectations.
  • Monitor project KPIs, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Act as escalation point for complex issues, providing strategic guidance.
  • Build strong relationships with other departments and clients.
Operational Excellence:
  • Drive continuous improvement in client delivery, resource allocation, and inter-departmental collaboration.
  • Analyze performance data to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
  • Lead post-project reviews for lessons learned and process improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in operational excellence.
  • Promote a culture of ongoing improvement and innovation.
