As a Head of Product, you will:
  • Strategy & Vision: Develop a clear product vision & strategy aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Roadmap: Prioritize and manage a product roadmap that addresses both current and future needs, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Cross-team Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of product initiatives.
  • Performance Analysis: Track product performance and conduct detailed analyses to identify areas for improvement or innovation.
  • Communication: Proactively communicate about the product roadmap, upcoming releases, ongoing work, and immediate priorities.
  • Management: Coach and develop your team through soft and hard skills.
About you :
  • You have worked in a scale-up environment;
  • You have managed a team of more than 5 people and have at least 7 years of experience in product management;
  • You are recognized for your communication and leadership skills;
  • You are particularly skilled at discovering opportunities and delivering products that meet user needs with limited time and resources thanks to your proven product thinking;
  • You know how to use data to prioritize opportunities and assess initiative performance;
  • You are passionate about product management and user experience;
  • You speak French and English fluently; Spanish is a plus.
