The role

The Head of Product and Solutions is responsible for defining, delivering, and executing the product and commercial strategy for our Financial Services vertical with a focus on creating exceptional customer value. This executive leadership role blends customer engagement, product management, consulting services, and go-to-market execution to drive growth, client relationships, and market leadership.

You will act as the executive sponsor for strategic clients and partnerships, champion the voice of the customer across the organization, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions that solve critical customer challenges.

What you'll be doing

Customer Engagement & Advocacy

  • Serve as the senior advocate for Financial Services customers, ensuring their needs, feedback, and priorities are central to all decisions.
  • Act as the executive sponsor for key client relationships and partnerships, meeting regularly with senior stakeholders to understand their objectives, strengthen trust, and uncover new opportunities.
  • Lead initiatives to improve customer engagement and satisfaction, including Net Promoter Score programs, customer advisory boards, and feedback loops to inform strategy.

Go-To-Market Strategy & Customer Acquisition

  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to design and execute go-to-market strategies that address customer pain points and deliver compelling value propositions.
  • Drive the creation of tailored solutions and consulting offerings that help customers win.
  • Build strategies to accelerate pipeline development, customer acquisition, and expansion in priority segments.

Commercial Strategy & P&L Management

  • Develop and execute a commercial and marketing plan that aligns business growth with customer success.
  • Own the P&L for the FS business, balancing profitability with investment.
  • Grow the consulting and custom solutions business to address evolving customer needs and drive long-term value.

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and deliver a product strategy and roadmap that solve high-value customer problems and differentiate us in the market.
  • Maintain a clear Total Addressable Market (TAM) perspective, rooted in customer insights, to prioritize where we can have the greatest impact.
  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of products and services, ensuring solutions are continuously improved in line with customer feedback.

M&A Strategy & Integration

  • Identify and assess acquisitions that expand our ability to meet customer needs and create complementary value.
  • Lead post-acquisition integration to ensure acquired capabilities are seamlessly woven into our customer offering.

Stakeholder Alignment & Governance

  • Align regional and functional teams to deliver a consistent and unified experience for customers.
  • Collaborate with Solutions, Consulting, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering leaders to ensure accountability for delivering on customer commitments.
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics and KPIs.

Team Leadership & Culture

  • Build, lead, and retain a high-performing, customer-obsessed team across product management, consulting, and commercial functions.
  • Foster a culture of curiosity, accountability, and collaboration, with the customer at the center of all decisions.
  • Develop team capabilities and succession plans.
What we're looking for
  • Proven track record in senior product leadership roles within Financial Services, FinTech, or data and analytics businesses.
  • Extensive experience managing full P&L accountability for a vertical or business unit.
  • Strong expertise in developing customer-driven go-to-market and commercial strategies.
  • Experience leading consulting or custom services that deliver measurable impact for clients.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying and integrating acquisitions that enhance customer value.
  • Deep understanding of the Financial Services ecosystem, customer needs, and industry trends.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing and developing diverse, high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement.
  • Customer-centric mindset and a passion for understanding client needs.
  • Strategic thinking grounded in creating customer and business value.
  • Influential leadership and the ability to inspire teams around customer priorities.
  • Results orientated with accountability for performance and customer outcomes.
  • High curiosity and a commitment to continuous improvement.
