What is the focus of the role?
Establish a strong product culture: Champion a culture of curiosity, speed, experimentation, and continuous learning-embedding product thinking across the entire organization.
Defining and leading the product vision : Setting a clear, compelling product direction that aligns with the company's strategic goals and user needs.
Driving cross-functional alignment : Collaborating closely with design, engineering, operations, and revenue teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of product initiatives.
Leveraging data and insights : Making informed decisions based on user behavior, feedback, and market trends to continuously optimize and evolve the product.
The products you'll be working on:
Creating a world-class checkout experience
Continuously improving a fast, simple, and reliable checkout flow that already powers transactions for our merchants - with a focus on removing remaining friction points and optimizing for conversion and shopper satisfaction.
Evolving the merchant dashboard
Enhancing the existing dashboard used by merchants to manage their relationship with JUST - making it more intuitive, insightful, and actionable to better support onboarding, configuration, and performance monitoring.
Scaling technical integrations
Strengthening and expanding our current integration infrastructure to support a rapidly growing merchant base - solving new technical challenges around scalability, flexibility, and ease of implementation.
You and your approach to the role?

Strong background in technical products - you've worked on APIs, data flows, integrations, or similar backend-facing experiences.

The Focused interview : Our Focused Interview is your chance to showcase how well your skills, experience, and values align with the role. This interview takes a deeper dive into the specific outcomes and competencies we're looking for, going beyond a traditional job description. You'll meet with team members who want to understand (i) your technical and (ii) behavioral skills, as well as (iii) how you align with our company culture. It's designed to ensure that both you and the position are the perfect fit for one another. Think of it as the final step in making sure this opportunity is the right one for you, and a chance to highlight what makes you the best choice.
