Head of Procurement

We're looking for an experienced Head of Procurement to lead and modernise the procurement function at a leading London-based HE industry.

In this strategic role, you'll manage a small team and work closely with stakeholders across the institution to deliver value, ensure compliance with public procurement regulations, and support academic and operational priorities.

What You'll Need

• Proven leadership in procurement, ideally in higher education or the public sector
• Strong stakeholder engagement and team management skills
• Knowledge of UK procurement regulations (PCR 2015)
• MCIPS qualified or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of PA23 (Procurement Act 2023)
