I'm hiring on behalf of a well-established and respected law firm in the East of England to recruit a Head of Private Client Solicitor. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Private Client team, including strategic planning and mentoring
• Handle a broad range of Private Client matters: Wills; Probate; Trusts; Powers of Attorney; Deputyships
• Maintain and grow strong client relationships
• Oversee compliance, quality standards, and best practices
• Support business development and contribute to the firm's overall growth strategy

Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor with 10+ years PQE in Private Client law
• Proven experience in leadership and team management
• Strong strategic thinking and organisational skills
• Excellent client relationship management
• STEP membership preferred
• Track record of delivering a high standard of service

Salary Guidance

Base Salary: £80k+
With Partnership Track and Bonus Potential: Up to £120,000+
