A long-standing regional firm is looking for an experienced private client lawyer to head up its busy Wills and Probate department in Bradford. With the current senior solicitor moving on, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a senior role where you'll inherit a strong caseload and have the autonomy to run the department day to day.

You'll join a friendly, collaborative team with a loyal client base and a steady pipeline of private client work. The role offers genuine influence, with the chance to mentor junior colleagues and play a key part in shaping the department's future.

Who we're looking for

• 5+ years' experience in wills and probate work
• Strong technical expertise across wills, probate, estate administration and LPAs
• Able to run a caseload independently and confidently liaise with clients and third parties
• Approachable, professional and self-motivated
• STEP-qualified (desirable but not essential)

Salary & benefits

• £60,000-£70,000 depending on experience (flexible for the right person)
