Head of Primary - SEMH Specialist Leader

Outcomes First Group's Wessex Lodge Primary is seeking a Head of Primary to lead our SEMH provision and drive school improvement within a therapeutic, nurturing environment. The role requires proven leadership, QTS and a relevant degree, with a focus on personalised education and strong relationships with families and professionals.

The position is permanent, based at Wessex Lodge Primary in Wiltshire, offering 40 hours per week, with a salary up to £70,000 depending on experience.
