Head of PPE Sales & UK Growth Strategy

RS Group is seeking a Head of Sales to lead the PPE and Safety sales strategy across the UK. The role is field-based with remote/hybrid flexibility and travel throughout the UK, reporting to Commercial Leadership.

You will drive a £90m current sales base toward £250m, leading up to 20 people, delivering profitable growth, modernising the sales operating model, and strengthening customer partnerships across sectors.
