Head of PMO

Outside IR35.

A well known university based in London is seeking to recruit a Head of PMO for a 3 day a week contract role for a 3 month contract (1 day on site per week) to start asap paying £400/day outside IR35. This role will be working to build a PMO effectively from scratch including governance and inputting a framework - at present it is a low level maturity PMO.

Ideally you will have some experience working in the higher education sector or wider public sector but this is not essential.
