Reporting to the CTO, you will have full ownership of the platform architecture and reliability, driving the shift from legacy infrastructure to a modern EKS based microservices platform.

Responsibilities

• Audit current systems and define a modernization roadmap.
• Build and grow your own SRE/DevOps team in the UK.
• Drive platform reliability and scale across the org.

Qualifications

• Strong AWS experience essential.
• Proven track record of platform modernisation and team building at a SaaS or scale up company.
• Leadership and ownership mindset.
