Head of Personalisation Strategy - Hybrid, Customer-First

Description This is looking for a Head of Personalisation to lead customer marketing efforts across multiple channels, enhancing engagement and building stronger relationships with customers. This role is centered on personalisation, aiming to provide tailored customer experiences.

The position allows for hybrid working, with at least two days a week required on-site in either London or Swindon. The successful candidate will be pivotal in delivering best-in-class strategies to improve customer outcomes.
