Head of Performance & Marketing Analytics

We're supporting a business going through a major strategic reset - shifting focus from acquisition to retention, efficiency, and community-led growth. We're looking for a senior, consulting style Head of Performance / Marketing Analytics to lead a short, high impact engagement (not hands on execution).

Details:

• 20 day engagement, Outside IR35
• Strategic review across paid media, CRM, platforms & lifecycle
• Heavy stakeholder engagement (workshops, interviews, cross team collaboration)
• Focus on first order churn, retention & marketing efficiency
• Hybrid working in London
• Circa £400-£500 per day, outside IR35

• Previous Head of Performance / Marketing Analytics experience
• Strong consulting background
• Subscription experience + Braze (or similar CRM)
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and challenging the status quo

Rates depend on experience and client requirements.
