Head of People & Culture - Strategic Partner (Hybrid, Woking)

KFC, based at the Restaurant Support Centre in Woking, is seeking a Head of People & Culture Business Partner to drive talent management, organisational effectiveness and culture. This hybrid role will be based at the RSC in Woking two days a week, partnering with C-suite leaders to align strategy with our values.

You will coach managers, work with Centres of Excellence on Talent Development, Reward and Employee Engagement, and lead broad HR initiatives across the business.
