We are looking for a VP of People, a trusted HR leader who can act as the right hand to the Chief People Officer, leading complex and sensitive employees' matters, leading dialog with work councils, driving performance across the business and shaping key HR Projects at every stage of employee life cycle.


We welcome candidates from a range of HR backgrounds - including Labour Relations, HR & Payroll Operations, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management - who bring a strong understanding of employee lifecycle governance and a collaborative mindset.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Chief People Officer in delivering on People team's objectives across multiple countries
  • Manage complex and sensitive employee relations cases
  • Represent the company in dealings with unions and works councils
  • Support and enable success across all core HR functions, including Labour Relations, Talent Acquisition & Talent Management, Payroll & HR Operations
  • Track and analyze HR-related KPIs, identifying areas for improvement
  • Build HR action plans and execute the delivery, while collaborating with other HR & Business leaders
  • Support the implementation of tools, processes and policies to mature the People function
  • Advise HR and business leaders on performance management & HR best practices
  • Provide guidance and support to local teams and managers on people related matters.
  • Stay up to date with regulatory changes and HR best practices


Profile :

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant time spent in fast-paced, complex environments
  • High emotional intelligence and resilience under pressure
  • Demonstrated experience handling sensitive employees' matters
  • Solid understanding of employment law & HR best practices across Europe
  • Track record in implementing scalable HR processes & policies
  • Hands-on approach with solution-oriented mindset & experience in leading HR projects
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English, other European languages are plus
