The Opportunity
Our client is an established and financially strong business seeking a commercially minded Head of Operations to lead service delivery, drive operational improvement and support future growth.
Working across field-based technical teams and office-based support functions, you'll bring greater consistency, accountability and efficiency while playing a key role in the senior leadership team.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead operational performance across service delivery, scheduling and administration.
• Develop high-performing teams and strengthen accountability.
• Build customer relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
• Introduce technology, automation and AI to improve efficiency.
• Establish meaningful performance measures and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team.

About You

• Proven experience leading operational teams across field-based, NOC/Service centres and office-based environments.
• Strong track record of driving organisational change and improving performance.
• Able to engage and influence people through periods of change.
• Experience implementing AI, automation or technology-led improvements.
• Commercially aware, customer-focused and growth oriented.
