What's driven our growth is strong creative judgement, proximity to culture, and a grounded understanding of how platforms actually work, paired with systems that let that judgement travel further. Now the challenge is different. As the business grows, the way it operates has to change, without slowing delivery or losing our edge. We're strengthening what we own, formalising the infrastructure behind the work, and introducing new products alongside client delivery.
We're hiring a Head of Operations to sit at the centre of that shift: owning client delivery while helping design the systems that support what comes next. This is a hands on, founder adjacent role for someone who enjoys building inside live businesses, not polished corporate environments.
The Role Delivery & Operations- Own and define the operational execution of campaigns and CORD content & IP
- Act as the core connection between creative, production, and client teams - aligning priorities and ensuring accountability
- Lead the adoption of new technology, tools and processes to improve efficiency while protecting creative quality
- Streamline workflows to reduce bottlenecks and allow financial scale
- Analyse project profitability and identify inefficiencies
- Deliver efficiently on campaign costing and protect margins on client work
- Develop and manage the core team day to day (currently 6 8 + freelancers)
- Lead hiring across junior/mid level roles and freelance network
- Take ownership of BAU so founders can focus on growth and product
- Act as the operational decision maker for the team
- Work closely with founders to make new initiatives deliverable at scale
- You've owned a P&L or revenue target, not just delivered campaigns
- You've built systems or processes that made a team's output better over time
- You've grown client accounts, not just maintained them
- You set a clear bar for quality and trust your team to deliver it
- You make decisions confidently and stand behind them
- You've made a team more capable, not just more managed
- You're confident in front of senior clients and know how to build trust
