Job Description
Paloma Health in London is seeking a Head of Operations to scale an 100+ person operations function including Care Delivery, Scheduling and Governance teams. This hands-on leader will partner with Product and BI to optimise patient flow, ensure safety and financial sustainability, and drive KPIs across care pathways from referral to exit.
The role offers hybrid working from our London office with in-person Mondays/Wednesdays/Thursdays and remote Tuesdays/Fridays, with a minimum one day in the
Remote Worker LTD.
