Head of Operations - Luxury Travel (Remote/Hybrid)

Jayne Peirce Travel Recruitment is assisting a young, fast-growing luxury travel DMC in recruiting a Head of Operations. The role can be home-based, London-based, or hybrid with flexible working patterns.

You will lead operations for luxury travel, coordinate with suppliers, and build processes. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in operations within a DMC or tour operator, excellent written communication, and strong organisational skills.
