Head of Operations - Global Supply Chain & Growth (Hybrid)

Bijoux De Mimi is seeking an Operations Manager to own the entire operational backbone, including supply chain, demand planning, and global logistics for a fast growing DTC jewellery business. The role is autonomous and reports to the Founder & CEO, Amelia Hitchcock Merritt, in a hybrid London setup with in office Tuesdays and Thursdays.

You will build forecasting models, manage inventory across regions, and own relationships with manufacturers, warehouses, and fulfillment partners.
