Where world-class facilities combine with exceptional minds to improve lives through innovation. We welcome those who are committed, talented, and hardworking. People who believe in our values and are as driven as we are to achieve shared goals. Once you're here, we'll invest in you. You'll have the autonomy to build a role with purpose in an environment designed to unlock your full potential.
As our new Head of Talent and OD, we are seeking an experienced OD professional to contribute to the development and delivery of our OD and Talent offer which aims to improve organisational performance through a service that includes culture & change management; team & organisational development; strategic workforce planning; inclusive talent management; and enabling high performance. You will act as the lead OD business partner for the University, support organisation wide change management through the application of OD strategies, provide expert advice and practical support on organisational practices, system change and team dynamics to improve performance management, and work with HRBPs to implement workforce planning/succession management tools and strategies to increase the University's capacity to meet current and future needs.
As someone who will be required to deputise for our Associate Director of OD, to be successful you will demonstrate knowledge of OD theories, philosophies, and methods, change management theory, and organisational needs analysis, alongside a successful track record of developing and delivering OD interventions and strategic projects to support cultural change and drive sustainable organisational development.
A team player, you will be an excellent communicator with a strong partnering approach, able to influence and persuade colleagues at all levels. You will be well organised, able to balance competing demands and analyse complex situations to provide solutions. An appreciation of the issues and context within which UK higher education operates will also need to be demonstrated.
If you're passionate aboutmaking a difference, influencing strategic direction and improving organisational performance in a high-impact role, we would love to hear from you
