Head of Music and Creative Practice
Posted 6 days 2 hours ago by Black Lives in Musi
Orchestras for All seeks a Head of Music and Creative Practice who will lead the artistic vision of Orchestras for All, working alongside the Head of Wellbeing and two Youth Creative Associates (OFA Alums) to shape ambitious, inclusive and youth led creative programming for the charity.
The role requires both visionary leadership and a deep commitment to young people, ensuring that OFA's creative practice is ambitious, challenges convention, amplifies youth voice and models what an inclusive, accessible orchestra can truly be.
We especially encourage individuals with backgrounds and life experiences similar to the young people we support to apply, particularly those who are underrepresented in our team and the wider orchestral sector. For more information, please refer to our application pack.
