I am recruiting on behalf of a progressive and award winning firm based in Hull. The team is seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor (10+ PQE) to head up their Medical Negligence department.

The Role:

You will be leading the department's strategy, overseeing complex high-value cases, managing performance, and supporting a growing team. You'll work closely with national leadership and help shape the future of the practice.

What You'll Need:

1. 10+ years' clinical negligence experience
2. Strong leadership and technical skills
3. Eligible for Law Society/AvMA panel
4. Experience managing budgets and supervising legal aid work
