Salary up to £65,000

We're partnering with a growing organisation who are looking for a Head of Marketing to join their team! This is a key leadership role with full ownership of marketing strategy and delivery, focused on driving growth and commercial performance.

What you'll be doing as Head of Marketing:

• Lead and deliver the end-to-end marketing strategy
• Develop go-to-market plans for new products and initiatives
• Control over budget, KPIs, and ROI reporting
• Partner closely with commercial and product teams to align campaigns
• Drive acquisition, retention, and overall growth
• Ensure all activity is compliant and risk-aware
• Lead, develop, and scale the marketing team

Key Requirements:

• Marketing leader with strong experience of delivering commercial growth
• Background in regulated or complex environments
• Proven ability to drive acquisition, retention, and brand positioning in competitive markets
• Commercially focused, with a clear link between marketing activity and revenue outcomes
• Confident navigating change and translating complexity into clear messaging
• Comfortable influencing at senior level and working cross-functionally
• Strong stakeholder management and collaborative approach
