Maxwell Bond is recruiting on behalf of a high-growth cybersecurity consultancy delivering Cybersecurity-as-a-Service to organisations operating in regulated environments. This business combines compliance expertise with AI-enabled, expert-led security operations to help customers stay secure, compliant, and focused on their core mission.

This is a senior, hands-on role for a marketing leader who can own strategy and execution in a fast-scaling environment.

The Role

As Head of Marketing, you will take full ownership of the marketing function-defining the narrative, driving demand, and building a scalable content and brand engine. You'll work closely with senior leadership, sales, and product teams to support growth and market positioning.

This role suits someone who enjoys building, not just managing.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the overall marketing strategy across brand, content, and demand

• Lead high-quality content creation across web, email, social, sales enablement, and campaigns

• Translate complex cybersecurity and AI concepts into clear, compelling messaging

• Drive inbound growth and support outbound sales efforts

• Oversee website content, SEO alignment, and conversion optimisation

• Build and manage content workflows, libraries, and publishing processes

• Collaborate closely with sales, product, and leadership teams

Experience & Skills

• 5-8+ years in B2B marketing (cybersecurity, SaaS, or IT strongly preferred)

• Proven ability to execute at pace in growth-stage environments

• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills

• Strong understanding of SEO and content-led demand generation

• Comfortable leading marketing while remaining hands-on

Location & Package

• Hybrid role based in Colorado (office presence required part of the week)

• Salary: $110,000 - $170,000 USD
