We are working with a real estate business that is looking to hire a Head of Marketing. This role will sit in a small business, managing the strategy and execution of their marketing campaigns, communications, and pursuits activity. The position is based in London and offers a hybrid working model.
Client Details
The client operates in the real estate industry with 20 years of expertise and credibility. They have an ambitious growth strategy and operate with a "start-up" mentality. They are now seeking a Head of Marketing to support these growth plans.
This role will report to the Managing Director of Strategic Growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of external and internal marketing and communication, supporting strategic growth initiatives.
- Shape the firm's external and internal communication strategies, marketing efforts, brand positioning, and lead generation.
- Support strategic targets including pipeline development, key clients, frameworks, sectors, initiatives, and partnerships.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Maintain a strong, coherent brand identity across all channels.
- Understand industry trends and competitive landscape to inform marketing plans.
- Oversee content creation and distribution, fostering staff engagement in content development.
- Manage digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and website management.
- Manage the firm's reputation through PR and media engagement, including crisis response.
- Build relationships with clients, industry influencers, media, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate marketing events such as private round tables and awards.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support marketing initiatives.
- Develop marketing collateral, updating regularly.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strategic thinking and industry awareness, especially in digital marketing and professional services.
- High attention to detail and passion for quality.
- Familiarity with digital technologies and platforms relevant to marketing.
- Experience in change management and data-driven decision making.
- Client-centric approach with strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience in real estate, property, or construction sectors is advantageous.
