Head of Life & Pensions Operations (Hybrid, Dublin)

Willis Towers Watson Ireland is seeking an Operations Leader to oversee Life and Pensions Financial Advice Delivery. You will lead delivery, governance, and risk frameworks with end-to-end accountability for client outcomes in a regulated setting.

The role blends strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, building a high-performing team and collaborating with advisory, operations, risk, and senior leadership. Hybrid role; Dublin office one day per week.
