Head of Learning Experience and Operations

A leadingeducation body in Dublin 18is seeking aHead of Learning Experience and Operationsto lead the operational delivery of its executive education portfolio.
This senior role will ensure programmes are delivered seamlessly, experienced exceptionally by participants and clients, and continuously improved through data, feedback and strong operational leadership.

You will oversee the end-to-end execution of programmes, manage operational teams, coordinate faculty and stakeholders, and ensure the highest standards of quality and service across all programme provision.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead theend-to-end operational deliveryof executive education programmes
• Ensure seamless coordination betweenfaculty, learners, clients and internal teams
• Driveexceptional participant and client experiencesacross all programmes
• Monitor programme performance usingdata, dashboards and feedback insights
• Lead planning, scheduling, risk management and programme administration
• Overseeprogramme budgets, costs and resource allocation
• Improve operational systems includingLMS, scheduling and programme management tools
• Lead and develop ahigh-performing operations team
• Identify opportunities forcontinuous improvement and client relationship growth

About You

• Degree ineducation, business, operations or a related field
• 7-10 years' experiencein programme management, education operations or similar environments
• At least3 years' leadership experiencemanaging teams and operational delivery
• Strongproject management and organisational skills
• Experience usingdata, reporting and performance metricsto drive improvement
• Comfortable working acrossacademic, operational and client-facing teams

Salary:€80,000 - €90,000 plus benefits.
