Head of Learning & Organisational Development

Please note this role requires office attendance 2-3 days PW in Taunton

Our Government client is seeking an L&D Specialist with the following experience;

• MCIPD qualified or equivalent experience.
• Successful experience in a range of OD disciplines such as talent, learning and development, succession planning, performance management, organisation culture change, engagement and communication
• Evidence of leading & managing teams to deliver a customer focussed service or evidence of leading people through change.
• Evidence of providing proactive, customer focussed, pragmatic L&OD solutions in organisation's going through significant change
• Track record of partnering with managers to deliver L& OD solutions in the areas of culture change, talent & leadership development & organisational development.
• Evidence of effective negotiation, influencing & consulting skills to effect organisational culture change.
• Delivering programmes and projects to time, cost and quality
• Experience of Line & Budget management.
