Job DescriptionKey duties include:
- Develop and lead the global Learning & Development strategy
- Design and deliver leadership and management training programs
- Build development pathways from onboarding through to leadership
- Partner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and drive performance improvement
- Strengthen manager capability in coaching, accountability, and performance management
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and leadership development initiatives
- Create scalable learning solutions across US and UK offices
- Establish and track L&D success metrics including productivity, retention, progression, and manager effectiveness
- Drive alignment between business goals and learning initiatives
- Build and shape the future of the L&D function as the business continues to scale globally
A successful Head of L&D should have:
- 8-12 years of Learning & Development experience
- A background in recruitment agency, executive search, staffing, consultancy, or agency environment
- Experience building leadership and management development programs within a high-performance, growth-oriented business
- Commercially minded with the ability to link learning initiatives to business outcomes
- Strong facilitator who can influence stakeholders from new hires through to executive leadership
- Able to work 4 days per week in the NYC office (5 days when delivering training)
