Job Description
Civic Recruitment Limited is seeking a Head of Kitchen (Chef) for a 1 month contract with a Local Authority in Felixstowe. The role leads day-to-day kitchen operations, ensures safe, nutritious meals for approx. 160 daily, and manages stock, orders and service.
You will oversee a small team, uphold food hygiene standards, and monitor budgets and waste. Requirements include a valid Food Safety Certificate and Enhanced DBS; prior high-volume catering leadership is essential.
