Overall leadership responsibility for IT Operations in DACH, covering IT End User Support, IT Infrastructure & Network, and IT Workplace Technology.

Define and shape our IT Operations strategy and multi-year roadmap.

Own P&L responsibility for budget planning and control.

Manage project portfolios for infrastructure and technology projects across DACH, and participate in European and global transformation/technology projects.

Define and monitor the department's OKRs, KPIs, and other performance metrics.

Manage stakeholder relationships, including collaboration with the IT & Data Director, DACH Board, and DACH Business Teams.

About you

Solid background in managing complex IT budgets, including both CAPEX and OPEX.

Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating and influencing at senior leadership and board levels.

Strategic thinker with strong operational execution skills and a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.

Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
