An established UK Group specialising in the Production, Engineering and Manufacturing of leading-edge systems are urgently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Hands-On IT Engineer who wished to rise above their peers and step up into a Head of IT position.

As the sole "Go-To person for all things IT", this opportunity is a "Technical Hands-On" Head of IT post, Improving and Supporting a UK wide Microsoft Cloud and O365 Infrastructure, Improving and Supporting a UK Wide Network, Stabilising, Improving Performance and Capability for growth, including Desktop Hardware/Software as well as Cyber Security Resilience.

There will be 3rd Part IT Vendor Management responsibilities as well as Service Level Agreements to investigate and Improve for the future growth of the clients business expectations.

Within this role IT Security, including User Security is key therefore MFA (Multi-Factor Authorisation), Identity Access Management, Security and System Backups, Administration Rights are areas of focus and scrutiny.

IT projects for the future include the Planning and Designing, Transitions and Integrations for the elevation of IT Infrastructure Systems to cope for capacity and performance.
