Head of Integrated Care, Norfolk

Pay rate - around £600 per day Umbrella, £450/500 per day PAYE. Contract role - Adult Social Services.

Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Adult's Social Work Senior Leader in Norfolk. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Social Care to provide strategic and operational leadership across the East and South Place.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across the East and South Place.
• Manage complex social care services with demonstrable experience in performance management, budget oversight, and service improvement.
• Lead, motivate and develop teams, drive high-quality outcomes, and ensure compliance with statutory responsibilities and local policies.
• Develop a deep understanding of adult social care frameworks, safeguarding legislation, and partnership working across health and social care systems.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and internal and external stakeholders to deliver effective, person-centred services within available resources.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Proven track record in strategic leadership of adult social care or equivalent.
• Experience in safeguarding legislation, performance management, budget oversight, and service improvement.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Resilience and sound professional judgment; ability to work collaboratively across health and social care systems.
