Join a fast growing investment environment establishing a best in class Insights & Analytics capability to elevate how data informs strategy, performance, and operational excellence across the group.

This is a strategic, hands on leadership role where you will define and own the long term vision for analytics, business intelligence, and KPI frameworks. You'll lead and scale the Business Analytics function, partnering closely with senior stakeholders across management, finance, investor relations, operations, and risk to embed evidence based decision making at every level.

In this position, you'll oversee the design and delivery of high quality dashboards, analytical models, and executive insight packs, while shaping data standards, governance, and automation across a modern cloud data stack (Snowflake, SQL, S3, Power BI, Databricks). You'll combine commercial acumen with deep analytical rigour, ensuring outputs are statistically sound, reliable, and aligned to measurable business value.

You will

• Define and execute the Insights & Analytics strategy aligned to business goals
• Lead and mentor a high performing analytic team
• Deliver robust KPI frameworks, dashboards, and executive insight products

Skills / Experience

• Proven leadership experience in Analytics, BI, or Data Science within Financial Services or a data rich environment
• Strong expertise in data modelling, SQL, Snowflake, and BI tooling (Power BI highly beneficial)
