We're Hiring: Head of People/HR Manager

We're looking for a confident and people-focused Head of People/HR Manager to take ownership of key people matters and provide trusted HR guidance across the business.

Location: Leicester

Working Model: Hybrid-3 Days a week

Contract: 3 months Contract

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong knowledge of UK Employment Law
• Proven experience handling complex ER cases
• Experience with disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence matters
• Confident advising managers and senior stakeholders
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters professionally
• Experience with Food/FMCG/Manufacturing exp is must
