We are seeking an experienced and forward thinking Head of HR Projects to lead the design and delivery of strategic people focused initiatives across the University.
This is a pivotal role for a confident change leader who excels in project management, organisational development, and stakeholder engagement.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, delivery and evaluation of major HR projects that align with our University strategy 'Innovating to Enrich Lives'. Drive change management activity, ensuring clear communication, engagement and adoption across the University. Utilise your expert employee relations knowledge to provide advice on organisational development, workforce planning and process improvement. Collaborate with senior leaders and HR colleagues to ensure project outcomes are well governed and effectively implemented. Use data, insights and best practice to inform decision making and enhance project outcomes.
