Head of HR

Are you an experienced Head of HR looking for an opportunity to join a growing SME in this newly created Head of HR role.

Office Location - Southampton - Hybrid working - 3 Days in the office per week, 2 WFH

Salary - up to £77k + Benefits

As Head of HR you will design, develop and implement a people strategy to support scale-able growth within this SME business. This will include developing values and culture, implementing performance programmes, developing policies and procedures, reviewing Reward and benefits and developing robust recruitment processes.

As part of the Senior Leadership Team this role will be a mix of the development of the People strategy, whilst also delivering and ensuring it is embedded across the organisation. Building strong stakeholders relationships will be key for the success of the role.
