Overview

Dalmuir Park Housing Association is entering an exciting new chapter. With a new Chief Executive and refreshed leadership, we are seeking an exceptional Head of Housing to shape the future of our organisation. This is a strategic leadership role to lead our housing services, including housing management, income, tenancy sustainment, customer experience and community engagement, working closely with the Head of Assets as part of a collaborative Leadership Team. The role offers an opportunity to influence how housing services evolve, strengthen performance, culture and ways of working, and ensure high-quality outcomes for tenants and communities.

Responsibilities
  • Lead housing services, including housing management, income, tenancy sustainment, customer experience and community engagement
  • Work closely with the Head of Assets as part of a collaborative Leadership Team
  • Shape how housing services evolve over the coming years and strengthen performance, culture and ways of working
  • Ensure high quality outcomes for tenants and communities

Salary and benefits
  • Salary: £58,052 - £61,206 (EVH Grade SM2-SM4)
  • Contract: Permanent
  • Hours: 35 hours per week
