Head of Hospitality

We are seeking an exceptional Head of Hospitality to lead and elevate the hospitality experience within a prestigious corporate head office environment in the City. As a senior leader within a contract catering business, you will be responsible for delivering a world class hospitality service that reflects both the company high standards and the expectations of a high profile corporate client. This is a strategic and operational role requiring commercial acumen, creativity, and a passion for excellence.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Account Director, the Head of Hospitality will:

• Lead, inspire, and develop a high performing hospitality team.
• Oversee all hospitality operations including executive dining, fine dining, events, conferencing, and VIP services.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and client leadership teams.
• Drive innovation in food, service, and guest experience.
• Manage budgets, P&L, forecasting, and cost controls to deliver strong financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company policies.
• Champion sustainability, wellbeing, and responsible sourcing initiatives.
• Continuously review and improve service standards, ensuring a five star experience at every touchpoint.
